    Quick Shipment, Nicely Packaged, but Not the Item Offered. Seller Claims to have made a mistake. Item Offered was Described as Canada Scott Catalog #26, Catalog Value $225. Item received was Canada Scott Catalog #38, Catalog Value $27.50. In the photo the two items appear identical, so buyer has to rely on the written description. Seller did offer to refund if I sent the item back, but I paid only $9.24 including Shipping and Tax, so I decided to keep the item.
