If you as the seller send me a totally incorrect item (which I have no idea what it is) then YOU are liable for a full refund. You don't send unclear options (which I thought was to keep the unwanted item and to give me a full refund) and deduct £5 from a £5 order!!! Absolutely ridiculous giving me back £1. Especially as the item is NOTHING like what i purchased! Check the photo. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
