However:
The reason for Neutral feedback is that the item was described as fully working, but the left click button was damaged. I emailed the seller to say that I was not pleased about that, but got no response after 2 days. I wasn't expecting a miracle, just an acknowledgement of my email in the name of decency.

Packaging was perfect. Laptop arived in good condition and was clearly very well cleaned. A few stains here and there but mostly in the hard to clean places. Laptop was advertised as not working but worked just fine after some basic troubleshooting. I am extremely happy with the packaging and the seller.
