Good basic dehydrator for beginners
This dehydrator is a good entry-level dehydrator. Simple to operate, it is effective in drying out vegetables evenly. The instructions guide is great and easy to understand. It is a great product and is extremely good value. The only negative is that the plug may be damaged or loose. Check this before using.

Not what supposed to do
The item arrived on time, I've tried to dry some fruits out and after 12 hours at 70° the fruits wan't even half way dry. I gave them another 4 hours, but they just look like I left them outside on a sun. (probably the sun will dry them better) The aren't sliced thick. I am chef and I work with dehydrators at work, so this one seems like doesn't heat the right temperature. The dehydrator was set at 70° and I check the temperature inside was 28.8° only. Then I change the temperature at 45° after 15 mins I check the temperature again and was almost same 28.6°.The item arrived on time, I've tried to dry some fruits out and after 12 hours at 70° the fruits wan't even half way dry. Makes a rattling noise. About as loud as the extractor fan on a 3 setting. So not very quiet. Feels compact and nice fit but also feels cheap the plastic trays. Not sure how long it will last. So far have made apples in it delicious. Am trying to make fruit leather but had to buy some inserts for that. Will try dehydrate some veg next. Good for a beginner I think, but anyone wanting to do any large quantities would be better to make one or buy something that does more trays.Makes a rattling noise. Worth every penny, engineered perfectly
Looks and feels solid, runs quietly enough to have in the house, the design is very well optimised for even heat distribution, very easy to clean, I had to heat treat for 20 mins to get the plastic smell away and burn the element in, done my first beef jerky and it was perfect, the best part is the trays extend when rotated to fit junky bits in, will buy another again soon.

Great little tool if you grow fruit & veg
it makes crisps out of fresh fruit and veg it also dries to keep for cooking It takes a long time to work(8 hours) but is a low wattage so uses very little power The results are amazing
