Il diritto di recesso si intende esercitato correttamente qualora siano interamente rispettate le seguenti condizioni:

- la richiesta di restituzione deve essere inviata a Dudubags (ordini@dudubags.com) entro 30 giorni di calendario dalla data di consegna. La comunicazione può essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante fax al numero 0434-361483;

- la spedizione di reso deve avvenire utilizzando un metodo tracciabile (Corriere, Posta raccomandata, Pacco celere, ecc). Qualora questo non fosse rispettato, il Venditore non si assume nessuna responsabilità in caso di smarrimento o furto del pacco restituito e si riserva il diritto di non effettuare il rimborso;

- il cartellino identificativo deve essere ancora attaccato ai prodotti;

- i prodotti devono essere restituiti nella loro confezione originale;

- i prodotti resi devono essere inviati al Venditore in una sola spedizione. Il Venditore, infatti, si riserva il diritto di non accettare beni di uno stesso ordine, resi e spediti in momenti diversi;

- i prodotti resi devono essere consegnati al corriere entro 14 giorni di calendario decorrenti dalla data in cui è stata comunicata la decisione di recedere.

Se hai rispettato tutte le condizioni richieste, il Venditore ti rimborserà il prezzo dei prodotti acquistati entro 14 giorni di calendario dal giorno in cui il Venditore è stato informato della tua decisione di recedere. In caso che, al momento dell'ordine, sia stata scelta l'opzione di consegna in 24 h, il Venditore non è tenuto a rimborsare tale servizio aggiuntivo.

Il Venditore può trattenere il rimborso finché non abbia ricevuto i beni oppure finché tu non abbia dimostrato di aver rispedito i beni, a seconda di quale situazione si verifichi per prima.

A tuo carico restano unicamente le spese del reso, vale a dire quelle per la restituzione al Venditore dei prodotti acquistati. Al momento della restituzione dovrai effettuare in prima persona il pagamento delle spese del reso. Sarai contattato se il tuo reso non potrà essere accettato perché non conforme alle condizioni sopra riportate o se il bene ha subito una diminuzione di valore risultante da una manipolazione del bene diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento del bene stesso. In questo caso, potrai scegliere di riavere i prodotti acquistati a tue spese. Nel caso tu rifiutassi questa spedizione il Venditore si riserva il diritto di trattenere i prodotti e l’importo corrispondente per l’acquisto dei prodotti.
