Well wrapped and packaged. Lots of useful information by guitar master teacher and player Howard Roberts. Seller dispatched item promptly. Only complaint is against Ebay and their "hub system" (not the seller to be clear) it took 10 days to process at the hub centre. That is very slow. I know eBay can come up with better service for their foreign customers. Excellent seller appreciate his personal touch with his note to me. Happy with purchase. Recommend seller highly!!

A label was created and the item sat at the post office and was never scanned for over ten days. I asked the seller to see what was going on and he didn’t respond right away. Upon requesting a second update, he worked diligently to help. The seller reached out to the post office and tracking started for the item. Once the item finally arrived it was in perfect condition as pictured.
