Per EBay, a "New" comes in original packing, warranty, etc. What I received was a scratched part harvested from a machine showing indications of use/wear. In fairness to seller, he admitted it was disassembled from a machine, and when informed I didn't want a used part offered a refund only if I paid $50 return shipping.
