This kettle is very stylish, is good value and boils quite quickly, but it sounds like a 747. The item is as described and was dispatched speedily, however Evri's delivery was woeful. An email said that the parcel was ready to be collected at the appointed drop-shop yet when I called in some time later I was told they hadn't got it. Later that day it was delivered to my door! A full week later I am still receiving emails reminding me to collect my parcel. Is this the best technology can do?

    Great product

    Bought it as my little one soon will start eating solid foods, but found myself using it every day the whole family meals. Plastic bowls are quite thin, but it does it's job and especially for that price!

    Using it for steaming eco dyeing - works very well.

    Steams eco dyeing items. Pleased it has a timer, which means I have good control. On full time there is still a little water left and that seems good. Only poin t I would make, not with the machine, but packaging, is that two of the sections were very difficult to separate as they seemed to be squashed together with the plastic bag covering.

    Good for the price

    For the price it is a good product but I'm not sure how long it would last if putting in a dishwasher, I'm very careful how I handle the containers when hand washing because they don't seem overly sturdy. Easily big enough for a family of 4 for vegetables but for the same size family the one rice pot that comes with the item is not sufficient. First time I've ever had a steamer and I'm not sure if this is a common thing but I find I need to rotate the veg in order to cook them evenly and ensure they're ready at the same time. Overall I'm satisfied with the item.

    Disappointed

    Unfortunately it's very small. Ok for one but not really big enough for a family. Its not great quality. The trays are quite flexible, soft even, need to take care not to break them. I should have bought from an actual shop where I could have checked its quality and durability. In my opinion its only worth half what I paid for it.

    Great item for the price

    This suits me, I'm happy to put the veg in, stack it high or low and 25 mins later it's done. Saves washing up lots of pans because it's lighter and simpler to clean. I stack it high and store it in a low cupboard when not in use.
