Describing events as they happen through a series of emails sent home to hundreds of people, he writes straight from the heart telling what daily life is like out there for both a British Soldier and the Iraqi people. It concludes with having to readapt back into civilian life afterwards. Be guaranteed, you will laugh and you will cry...but make sure you read this book.

    A fantastic read from cover to cover. I laughed and cried on the same page

    This book is as accurate as you can get when it comes to detail. A very well written book that is easy to read and a real page turner. It's not a macho account but is tell it like it is. Funny and sad at the same time. A great read and well recommended.The TA played and important role and this account gives a good insight.
