The vendor/item was fine the delivery agent however had just thrown it in the front garden [hadn't even bothered to knock the door as we were in all day] I found it a day later the cardboard was soaked through and dripping wet - luckily its not an item that matters if it gets wet but the agent wouldn't have known that. I am not impressed at all whichever company the vendor used is pretty bad.
