In The Little BIG Things, he provides essential wisdom for everyone-from the freelancer to the small business owner to the head of a major corporation-offering 163 ways to excel at the "people side of business" by pursuing excellence at every level. "The 'Excellence Standard' is not about Grand Outcomes. In Zen-like terms, all we have is today. If the day's work cannot be assessed as Excellent, then the oceanic overall goal of Excellence has not been advanced. Period." "If membership in your club (organization) is not aimed at 'mind-blowing' development for each staff member and 'window rattling' service for each customer and other extended family members, then . . . just what the hell is the point"

- 3***u (446)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseItem is as described. Poor communication from the seller regarding extremely slow shipping - had to contact eBay to get his attention to actually ship the item. With that being said, the seller provided a full refund for the item and still promptly sent the item. I believe shipping issue was probably an oversight because of the holidays and the seller did his best to make things right. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.Reply from: craigis-0- Feedback replied to by seller craigis-0.- Feedback replied to by seller craigis-0.Thank you for your patience. Excellent buyer.Christmas Box: The Christmas Box by Richard Evans (1995, Hardcover) (#275074101277)
- 8***k (3723)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseYou will not find a more crude, pathetic seller on eBay than Turn the Page. He bails out of poor service with refunds, then salvages positive feedback. Big deal. I sent 4 messages over two weeks, asking if his book was ex-library as was in his description. He finally spit out a snotty reply. Dumb me, I bought the book anyway and waited 3 weeks. I got no book, no explanation, just a refund. He probably never mailed it out of spite. READ his feedback and you'll see how he treats everyone.Reply from: craigis-0- Feedback replied to by seller craigis-0.- Feedback replied to by seller craigis-0.You received a refund. That was the point. You were never going to be satisfied so I just saved further hassle for everyone.
- t***e (487)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseSeller accepted two best offers, and then let the two books sit for two weeks, unnoticed. Only acted after I sent two messages asking for an update. Seller shipped one book and then refunded it. Then, refused to ship the 2nd book, but issued a refund. I could not recommend this seller as they had no sense of humor, and were rather dull in their correspondence--oh, and the huge delay, too. All around disappointing.Reply from: craigis-0- Feedback replied to by seller craigis-0.- Feedback replied to by seller craigis-0.Let me introduce you to the most petulant child we have been unfortunate enough to encounter over our long time selling on ebay. We made an error on the orders. Noted. As soon as we were notified we immediately shipped the first book and refunded the purchase. Because of the continuous ridiculous messages I also refunded the 2nd book and blocked them to make it just go way, Stear clear of this one at all cost.Dragon and the Gnarly King by Gordon R.
