The description wasn't correct, the outer cover was a matt finish with a rubberised cover that was very sticky to the touch. I contacted the seller who checked the product and said it was a rubber surface to make it non-slippy.The seller was very helpful and offered a refund. I have kept the item and used a lotion that was sticky remover. It is now much better.
