Interesting. 1 - 38 games received with 41 advertised. 2 - No hard drive received with 250GB hard drive advertised. 3 - One game scratched beyond belief and not working, possibly run over by a car. 4 - 9 broken game cases not advertised. 5 - One game case appears to have strawberry jam lathered all over it, clearly the seller mistook this for a slice of toast at some stage. 6 - Shocking customer service when I asked for £5 back given the multitude of issues. Other than that highly recommended.

Hi i offered to send out the missing and replace the damaged disks along with sending a replacment HDD as it wasnt included in the sale, But unfortunately you dont seem to want what you have purchased but instead just want a £10 refund. As i said in the return dispute, it sounds like a money grab attempt.
