Listed as NWOT when in fact it had been washed in a strongly scented detergent. After inquiry seller claimed it “may have been stored near some laundered items but was never washed”. You can see from the photo the tag is not new & fabric is wrinkled compared to one I already owned. Seller offered return at my expense only. Will try to remove scent & steam out wrinkles myself rather than loose $ on a return. Honest descriptions and follow up after the sale are everything.

Item was nwot, that means no packaging. wash it then look at your tag Karen. But the first thing I do when I buy from anywhere is wash it. Especially coming from someone else’s home. You could have returned at my expense. All you had to do is open a return. You’re not new to eBay so don’t act stupid. Just wanted money back. Will be sure to pass your name around
