DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst experience in my 15 years on eBay. Seller lacked common sense and did not package item safely. Blamed usps, when it was very clearly her fault. When it arrived shattered, she ghosted me and refused to communicate or refund. Had to wait for eBay to step in - they immediately ruled in my favor and my refund has been received.

I am very sad and sorry you feel this was your "worst experience". I did not "ghost you"? We emailed back and forth and you were refunded as requested. Thank you for returning the dish. I received the box & glass lid in tact, as you stated. Again, I apologize for the package. I certainly would not intend for the bubble wrap I used to create a safety hazzard for you!

I contact this seller after finding out that this item was put in a priority box and put a first-class label on the box, so the package could not be delivered until I paid the $4.55, which the seller refused to reimburse me for. This cologne is for my 98-year-old mom that absolutely loves this cologne, so I paid the extra postage to make my mom happy. Not happy at all with this seller for her mistake that cost me $5.10 for the original shipping cost plus $4.55 more. That's why the negative post.

I am very sorry for the trouble you had with your Post Office and did not intend for you to incur additional expense! As we discussed, I paid EBAY $5.15 for the mail label and $2.32 transaction fee. I offered you a full refund and spoke to your Post Office to return the box to me? I am not able to reimburse your expenses as I explained, I earned $2 on a $20 bottle of perfume I am selling you at a discount as an individual Avon representative.
