Large and heavy items are usually dispatched by courier, smaller items are usually dispatched via Royal Mail recorded/special delivery. All items require a signature on delivery. In the event that delivery attempts fail or are refused and the item is returned to us for any reason, the item will only be re-dispatched once a handling and re-posting fee is paid. You will be advised by email of the dispatch date and expected delivery on the day of dispatch. If goods are damaged in transit or defective, you must inform us through eBay within 48 hours of receipt. Where an item is listed as sold with fault, no claims for defective items can be made and returns are not accepted. Items returned to us, must be returned in any original packaging with all accessories, manuals and/or documentation sold with the item. Adequate packing and postal insurance must be provided for any returned items. All returned items are subject to inspection by our courier and our returns department. If no defect is found, and the item is in full working order, the item will be returned to the buyer, and postage and admin costs will be charged. Such costs will be reflective of business time & postage. No refunds will be issued until the item has been inspected and any defect, fault or damage is established. If you wish to return an item simply due to not wanting the item we will accept returns, original delivery charges will not be refunded in these circumstances.

    Good and sturdy enough.

    Quite handy for lightweight travel. Obviously at the price the optics are limited, but good and sturdy enough. Good as a second pair. I keep a pair of these at my son's house.in case I forget my other binoculars. .
