This car was described as excellent, near mint condition by the seller. When I received the car it was far from excellent as a matter of fact it was defective from the very beginning.
I contacted the seller and told him his car was not working the way he had described and i want a full refund. He said no. So I aslked E-Bay to step in and help me.
Thank You E-Bay for getting me my refund. I have a lot more confidence in purchasing items knowing that E-Bay stands behind their customers.

Buyer received full refund incl. shipping and keeps the item. Negative feedback out of proporsion. My side of the story was not considered or listened to. Claimed buyer protection stating the car is defective. Functions and mint condition was carefully checked before shipping, buyer informed before that some finesse is needed to activate it. This is a mechanical toy car, not a battery powered on-off activated car. Where is the seller protection? First - feedback since 1999 with over 3880 +.
