Pic is of a pair of & no where on listing does it state SINGLE ITEM. So we ordered what we thought was x2 pairs as per pic so total of x4 pots. Contacted seller whose response was single item so we sent two as per order. Even took £6 for postage to post x2 items. Absolute RIP OFF. Will be reporting to eBay as TOTALLY Violating/FRAUD on sooo many levels. Unreal

That's not what actually happened though, is it Dawn. In fact the listing at several points made it clear that you were ordering a single 15ml pot of the product stated, and at what was a good price for the item. The postage cost was also clearly stated on the listing, though I would have been more than willing to combine it into a single lot of postage had you just asked. I will leave it to other future buyers to decide whether your feedback or all the others I have received is the truth :)

Orginal comment still stands as I still don’t think it’s made clear it was single item & why post not one pic of a pair but two if you were selling them as singles! You’ve been found out & don’t like it. You’ve picked wrong person to take for a mug!
