The rucksack was fine but customer service was poor. When the bag arrived, the frame was really long and so I couldn’t use it. I had to email twice to get a response from this company and they would not send a code or returns label, expecting me to pay for the return despite there being no frame measurements in their listing. Fortunately I managed to remove the frame and can use the rucksack without it, but the service was disappointing considering the positive reviews this company had.
