    Dissappointingly neutral feedback was left due to an item arriving damaged in transit, despite it being carefully packaged and out of my hands once posted. I met the time scale the customer needed but this hasn't been taken into account when leaving feedback. I've requested photos to follow this up with the delivery company, but unfortunately haven’t received a response from the buyer yet. I was made aware of the issue several weeks later due to their wedding.

    Great little steam iron

    I bought the Russell Hobbs travel steam iron as I wanted a small iron to use with various craft and small sewing projects. This iron is perfect for pressing small pieces of fabric for the many face coverings I have been making and the fact that it’s a steam iron is a bonus. It is lightweight and fairly compact so would be ideal for travelling. It has 2 voltage settings so it should work perfectly when used with a travel adapter when needed.the only less favourable thing is the flex which seems a little stiff for the weight of the iron but overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

    Great product

    Great product, I am disabled so cannot use a large iron as it is too heavy. This iron is very light yet irons like a large iron. Could do with a bit longer cable - but really not that bad.

    Does what it says

    Lovely little iron, heats up quickly, lightweight, doesn’t leak water everywhere only downside is the cable doesn’t come straight out of the back it comes out of the side and does sometimes get in the way, apart from that it’s a super little iron.
