Underappreciated and unique addition to any commodore 64 collection
I played this game as a child on the commodore 64. I dislike reading descriptions of it as a "guantlet-like" game. It is far more complex than guantlet, in that you can create your own levels and it has a far greater selection of beasties, not all of whom simply attack you. There is a vast variety of treasures all of which have an effect, much like magical items of different varieties in an rpg game. It therefore has more of a feel of an actual dungeon-based rpg, rather than just a guantlet feel which is more just shoot the badders and make your way through the maze without much more than that. If you are creating a retro Commodore 64 collection, I recommend getting your hand on this one as it was not ported to many other systems(or any that I know of) and so is quite unique and ...
