Ordered a lip balm at a cost of £3.49 with ‘free postage’. Several days passed and feedback was requested. I advised that item had not yet arrived (which I still wanted) and was just given a refund, so I ordered elsewhere. After several days I received a card from Royal Mail stating that a ‘letter’ was being held as postage had not been paid and would cost me £5 to be delivered. This turned out to be the lip balm, sent using a counterfeit stamp. I emailed 3 times but no refund for the extra cost

    Will definately buy again

    Smells amazing and feels great on my scalp keeping my hair well moisturized in braids. Prefer the texture to the shea butter it's much smoother and a sweeter smell

    Perfect for long hair

    Perfect for my hair as it is long and very dry. I am able to apply it to my hair easily as it is not a runny oil, put a towel cap on and leave it to condition, perfect.

    Excellent product

    I’ve tried the Shea butter one and I’ve tried this one and I can honestly say that although they are both fab for my hair, I prefer the argan oil, my hair feels a lot more moisturised with it. I definitely recommend this product and I will be buying this from now on for my hair.
