Item ordered on 7th May and it didn’t arrive for 2 weeks. I was told by the buyer I was being impatient… it turns out that she didn’t put the correct postage on the parcel which accounted for the delay. The item was described as new without tags but has obvious bobbling. Thank you for banning me from your ‘shop’ as it’s experiences like this that put me off using EBay ever again.

You are banned from my shop for misusing the ebay policy and as a result you have retaliated to write feedback towards me. Unfortunately delays were down to royal mail. I feel i have tried to help you the best i can despite you opening a case against a genuine sellers like myself. I'm sorry that you feel the item is satisfactory to your liking you have the option to return it for a full refund which i offered but as you don't plan on returning the item it is not ethical to make such statements
