Top Ebay seller product is exactly as described this is the best washing machine I have ever purchased beats the well known retailers hands down. It was better than expected for a graded product even at its great price! As it was for the garage, I wasn't bothered about a ding here and there (there were very few..) 2 Man delivery kept us informed when and approx time and sited it exactly where I wanted it. Good company, good product description with best offer on some items, do what they say they'll do after purchase.

I purchased a graded machine listed as having slight cosmetic damage. Machine that arrived unfortunately had a fault. Mark kept in touch and having identified from my description and his help he offered to send a replacement at his expense. I accepted his offer, a slight upgrade in make, slight reduction in spin speed. Replacement machine arrived within days and is great. It is exactly as described.
