I paid for an item that I never received it!I went to the pickup station and was told that they refused the parcel because the ECP number was missing. I'm just a customer. Those details are beyond my control. I was asked to pay an extra 30% of the price if the item for the postage...After 2 months I haven't received the item or a refund. This is clearly an unprofessional and dishonest seller! I had to take the case to PayPal resolution. From this seller never again!!! Avoid! Avoid!! Avoid!!!

The item was sent by Royal Mail 48 Hour with Tracking service the same day the order was received. The buyer refused delivery as confirmed by Royal Mail. As a good will gesture I offered to provide a replacement for just the cost of the postage. The buyer did not take up the offer. 2 months later he wanted a refund that is not justified.
