I take great pride in being courteous with my customers. There was no instance of 'refusal,' 'demanding,' or 'poor attitude'. The counteroffer was clearly a mistake—by an order of magnitude—and the buyer was promptly informed. It would have resulted in a significant financial loss, which any reasonable buyer would have understood.
