    Potentially a good lens but issues with focusing.

    A bit disappointed with this lens. Used on Nikon D5300. While capable of great results it is let down by poor focusing performance producing an unacceptable rate of pictures just not properly in focus. I have checked that right focus point has been selected. I get far more consistent results from my compact (Lumix LX15) .

    Excellent lens, solid performance for a variety of uses. Great sharpness. Zoom ring isn't the smoothest but can't complain for the price. Lens has been serving me well for years.
