Ordered paid straight away, over a week later requested when they would be posted ( please read pictures for the rest ) even though i said I now would be away please post latter , posted regardless.
When I returned and opened the box ( not marked fragile or plants ) they looked as if they had been in washing machine.
I contacted seller who more or less said tough he was not refunding, I started a claim threw EBay showing list of emails and I believe they instigated a postage label and a refund.

Total Lies! This guy is rude and beligerent, and argumentative. He leaves lots of negative feedback to lots of sellers. We shipped plants, then buyer emailed us to hold onto plants as he was going to have a couple days away. We suggested he ask neighbour to look after them, he said he wouldn't, he had no friends. Items delivered in first class condition. We stated if he sent them back he would get a refund which he did. Plants came back alive and well. Buyer wanted plants for free ! Scam artist!

I did not receive this item despite it being marked as delivered. As instructed by the Royal Mail website, I contacted the seller. "If you’re the recipient please contact the sender. They will contact us to make enquiries on your behalf" I sent the seller a screen shot of Royal Mails advice. Only to receive a reply stating they did not own the Post Office, who had marked it as delivered, so their contract with ebay was complete.

Royal Mail has provided tracking data which shows item was delivered, and to the right address. I suggest buyer contacts RM Sorting Office, who will be able to tell buyer within about 3 feet where the item was scanned before posting, or being left in a safe place. Our contract with ebay is to show proof of delivery, and not to refund everyone who just states "item not delivered", otherwise we will be refunding every purchase. These are Ebay rules.
