Received the cutters; was unhappy with the QC of either snap-on or the seller. Shouldn’t matter; I just didn’t like them and asked for return. Even sent the seller a very reasonable/civil note along with request… never got a response; only a canceled return request. So look into his history of negative comments. Looks like this is a pattern… this guy has zero people skills and thinks everyone who requests a return is a democrat. (I’m not one) I just don’t like the product. Stay away. Guy sucks

Sorry to hear of you hateful, malice laced response. Unfortunately, it does take time to go through the hundreds of messages received daily. If you're unhappy open a return. You can check my feedback, left by other sellers that scammed us in to near bankruptcy. Better ways to solve issues thank saying "guy sucks" and slander my name.
