      My dad showed up at my door and I told him he looked like he was dying. His skin was grayish and ashy looking.       "GOOD STUFF MAYNARD!"

      I went from keto to carnivore diet and omad for 9 months. I have always added pink Himalayan sea salt to my AM drink of Apple cider vinegar,lime juice,chlorophyll probiotic included. Since adding the Redmond I have notice an improvement in bowel movement better formed and easier to pass. Also lower leg cramps at night or upon waking seem to have subsided entirely! I would and am telling peers at work what it's benefits are it used to be Himalayan of course it has changed to Redmond because of it above stated effects on my microbiome

      If you enjoy cooking, you should try this!

      It's nice to be able to enjoy the great flavor of sea salt without worries of micro-plastics. (Yes, you really can taste the difference between sea salt and the salt you find in the blue cardboard cylinders!) It seems that every type of sea salt that's been tested has contained quantities of plastics. This salt was created millions of years before plastic started being dumped into our oceans.

      The healthy way to go

      Had to cut back on regular salt a couple years back due to heart condition. Started using this for occasions when I "just had to have some salt" and I love it. The grainer texture takes a little getting used to, but soon, you don't even notice it. Trying to get my family to switch now.

      Great product, Great taste!

      This is an excellent product. I love it. I eat it on my food and drink it in water too. I am on a ketogenic diet and drink too much coffee which messes with my electrolytes. I get restless leg syndrome and I sometimes get cramps in my feet and legs, but this salt solves the problem every time within seconds. I just put a teaspoon or two in a large glass of water and drink it like normal.
