Had some delivery problems and the seller was very courteous and helpful. Shipped the item promptly and made it through japanese customs quickly. The item arrived as described and came with a case that was even better than I had anticipated. Item was well packaged with plenty of padding. The item was very late, however this was not the fault of the seller, as American customs lost the package.

Among the absolute best sellers on eBay!! Despite the 13 hour time difference between the USA and Japan, Naoki was a great communicator and kept me updated regularly after I purchased the guitar. It was well-packed and made it from Japan to the USA in TWO DAYS!! I don't mind paying a premium price for shipping when the money is actually used to get the item to me quickly.
