Sadly, never arrived; received full refund. Seller communication & help with attempt to track item when apparently lost by Carrier excellent. Seller regularly updated me about his attempts to aid Carrier's investigation (and tried alternative avenue himself) even when no progress. "ABCD" (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty). Seller could not have tried harder; disappointing that Carrier's service did not remotely approach his own. 5 stars for item condition even though did not arrive. Many thanks
