Please ensure that the delivery address listed on your eBay account is correct as it cannot be changed after purchase - we cannot send to a different address from the one listed - this is due to eBay buyer/ seller protection rules.
 
Item Testing
 
For used items in the Video Game and Console category (excluding 'Spares and Repairs' listings ) we do the following checks and tests: Consoles & leads: Items are checked for visible signs of damage, frayed wires or loose connections. Consoles are run for at least an hour using several different games to check functionality. Controllers/peripherals: Controllers, Kinects, steering wheels, wi-fi dongles and similar devices are set up to see if functional. Controller buttons are tested, and all items are checked for visible wear. Game discs/cartridges: Games are booted to main menu, manuals and boxes (if included) are checked for signs of visible wear. For used games, please assume DLC codes are already used.We are unable to test any items for safety beyond the visible checks mentioned above. We will never knowingly sell dangerous or unsafe equipment but we do not PAT test any of our items - for peace of mind we would recommend you make arrangements for this if you have any doubts.

Returns
 
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been despatched, please contact us as soon as possible through ebay messages and we will issue you with a refund.
 
If you change your mind after receiving an order, we provide a 30 day money-back guarantee on our listings, beginning on the day of receipt. Buyers are liable for any costs incurred for return postage and packaging, and for a full refund to be issued, all returned items must be received back in their original condition; unopened, unused/unworn and in/with their original packaging where applicable.
 
For Faulty/Damaged Items/Items Not as Described, we would appreciate it if you could message us before opening a case to supply us with the details so we can investigate the problem, and advise you of our returns procedure. For items returned under these circumstances, a full refund will be issued and standard return postage costs will also be reimbursed (i.e. up to the value of the service used to send your item/s to you). Any enhanced postage service charges will be payable by the buyer. Please note listings marked as spares/ repairs cannot be returned on this basis.
 
Items Not Received: If you have not received your item(s) within 7 working days of payment, please notify us via eBay messages so we can investigate any delays. Royal Mail considers an item ‘lost in post’ 10 working days after the due date so we would politely ask that you allow us to wait until the end of this period before we issue any refunds if this was the service used. For other courier services, please contact us for details. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the goods have been returned. Please include your eBay username somewhere on/in the return package and retain a Proof of Posting Certificate/ receipt.
