This seller wouldn’t ship item to me because he didn’t like the price that the item ended at. He made a fake claim that my address was wrong. The same address and PayPal account I have been using for 16 years. Don’t trust this seller

Sent this message to Buyer, got no response so refunded him. "Last week I had a hockey card come back from the boarder to the U.S because it was "commercial goods". First time I had this happen and after doing some research it seems pretty common for that to happen. I can only imagine there is a higher chance of a set of metal pins being an issue then a cardboard card. I can ship it as a parcel with tracking for an additional $6 or I can refund you. Let me know. Thank you"
