Had to pay additional postage because seller had underpaid on postage. Also had to go collect it due to this. No seller communication when I contacted them about this. Would not use again.

Buyer bought a vintage wool coat for £9.99 plus £3.29 postage and had to pay extra £3.20 for underpaid postage as Royal Mail classed the parcel as medium. The parcel was accepted at the Post Office as a small parcel.
A refund of £3.20 was issued to the buyer three days after they've reported the issue (4 weeks ago). Buyer was also informed about this the same day however didn't reply. It looks like the buyer left feedback before the refund was issued.
