Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.
* If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs.

    really good guitar. the quality is superb and superb is not even the best way to describe it. its looks good feels good and sounds good. it should be double the price for the set up you get.dont hesitate if you want a guitar, martin smith quality if fantastic.

    A really good starting point

    Very good value for money as a starter package to see if you will continue to learn and play. The electronic tuner is very easy to use. The guitar does need tuning after every playing session to begin with, until the nice new strings settle in. The online lessons are brilliant. I highly recommend this package for beginners of any age :)

    A very nice guitar.

    Was really impressed with this guitar, even though its quite cheap, looks and feels like a more expensive one like a Fender or yamaha, very easy to tune with the included tuner also tried it with my other guitars and works perfectly, the sound from this Martin smith is very very nice, am still getting used to playing as I've always played electric, but yes I would definitely recommend it. 👍
