But a note for first-time users of moringa: it is definitely a purgative with affects lasting up to three days at the start. It also makes you very grumpy! I came to it as a way to deal with sugar, without actually cutting out sugar. Well they say not eating sugar makes you grumpy, and this is similar! This makes things inexplicably more difficult, unless you realise the cause.
