GREAT experience!!! The seller is accurate and honest. The item came earlier than expected, packaged for protection/preservation to the max, and in pristine condition (which is remarkable for a 30+ year old item that most of us would have beat the heck out of, as it's an everyday use item). It took almost a month for them to answer a simple question did the alarm play Reveille. Always had an excuse why they couldn't give me an answer. Finally they said it did play Reveille then I bought it the same day I got the answer. Excited to get it but then realized it was going to take even longer to receive as they charged me $40 to be delivered by snail mail united states postal service. When I finally received it I was even more upset to learn it didn't play anything alarm didn't work

I've been a member since 2008 with no -ve feedback. She called asking what song the alarm played. I told her I was going into hospital and would be recovering for a few weeks and call her when I could drive. Many impatient emails followed. I called her and confirmed the song. I shipped the item using HER choice.$27 not $40. I refunded the full amount right away. She shipped the item back with her batteries still in. They were dead. Put new batteries in and works fine. Confidently relisted item.
