The item description was accurate and detailed, with lots of photos. The seller also took great care over packaging the item, so this elderly and delicate item arrived intact and in working condition. Included in the box was a hand-written note apologising for a broken printer, but personally I was delighted by the old-school charm. The whole experience really brightened my day.
