It's a shame I didn't receive my purchase which means I basically wasted 3 weeks for nothing. However the seller issued a refund right away, hassle free.
(I guess this seller doesn't use registered mail for this listing so they are able to sell at a lower price. However there's the possibility of not receiving it like in my case.)
