I then recieved a message saying saying they had family problems and would send it the next day and asked me to close the case which I stupidly did. However no item was dispatched after several messages...I then requested a full refund to which I have not had to this date...Ebay have been contactedReply from: marinabay2008- Feedback replied to by seller marinabay2008.- Feedback replied to by seller marinabay2008.I explained to buyer that I have had some family problems. But the buyer did not give me chance to sort it out. She was annoying me with messages like person does not have any other problems. Sending me messages requiring me to dispatch parcel that day or immediately. I had 4 days to dispatch parcels but she wanted very early. I choose 4 days dispatching time for the reason. I need time to dispatch parcels because of my circumstances. If the buyer is not happy, others are happy. Insulted me.
