Cowboy seller. Sent a fake posted notice and when requested cancellation as I wouldn't be able to receive it . I would be out of the country. He sent it anyway. I have no item. I cannot return it. I will be away for long time. There is no way eBay will step in. I have been told to go to Amazon if I want to something fast. It seems that amazon doesn't have lazy sellers who lie to costumers.
