A good dress for my cruise. The item was as described, is very heavy and comfortable. I would have however liked it to have been put in an inner bag or tissue paper before the otter packaging. The dress was quite expensive and part of the plastic mail back was ripped open/torn upon delivery. This would have been a better touch and would have been more considerate. I do understand that happened at Royal Mail, but even still most people put the item in carrier bag/recycled paper then mailbag.
