Pictures of dimensions clearly shown on listing did not match dimensions of the teapot received via international shipping from England. Dimensions off by almost 3 inches. Seller contacted immediately through EBAY messaging in which one picture they posted showing measurements was included. Several pictures were posted with measuring tape on listing. What was sent was not what was shown in listing. Seller contacted 8/23/23. As of 9/1/23 no response from Seller. Was a very expensive item.
