An excellent birthday gift
My Mom visited Washington DC and Virginia a few years ago and was unfortunately unable to visit Monticello which she always wanted to and that made her sad. She is also an avid gardener and I hope that until she is able to finally visit that this book will suffice for her.

Will be visiting Thomas Jefferson's gardens early this fall and was delighted to find this book was available. Mentioned many plants I have marked to look for and several I would like in my own garden. Commend the gardeners for the work they did to re-construct Jefferson's gardens.
