The buyer is dishonest and made a false claim ebay is not a safe place to sell as they do not protect sellers from dishonest buyers and false feedback. Its clear from my 1,000s of positive reviews that im an honest seller and the issue is clearly a dishonest buyer. Ebay please up your game and protect sellers as your loosing the trust and custom of sellers who are starting to use alternative platforms.
