Unfortunately I never got this dvd player , lost by the carrier Hermes , Evri.

Very disappointed firstly to have received negative feedback from the buyer due to a non-delivery by the third-party courier, which is a circumstance completely out of my control, and secondly that there was no mention of the fact that once it was established that the item had been lost by Evri I did everything within my power to ensure that the buyer received an immediate and full refund. I, however, had to wait nearly two months to receive compensation for the lost item.
