Bought item in good faith - arrived with 2 holes in back - photos sent to seller and I asked for price reduction - refused as seller wanted item back. I asked via text and left a voice message later same day if they’d give a reduction of £10 as I liked item and would get it mended - I was ignored. Decided to keep garment - no confidence in seller as I’d have expense of buying suitable packaging and then would want to send recorded for proof of delivery - not convinced I’d be refunded. Not good

Apologies you are unhappy with your purchase. The pictures you sent me appeared to be of a thin cardigan whereas the one your purchased was a chunky knit cardigan. I did respond to your messages on a number of occasions and advised I was happy to accept a return on the item. I had already discounted the item for you prior to purchase and I note initially you requested a £15 reduction. You are able to return an item for 28 days.
