Delivery Information
Generally we allow goods to be delivered 48 hours in Mainland UK but typically within 24 hours from the date of dispatch. For larger products please allow up to 7 days or more. Any delivery times cannot be guaranteed! Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday (subject to product availability and any delays caused by weather and peak or holiday periods) - deliveries may take longer for the more remote Scottish Highlands and UK offshore islands. Please note we do not dispatch orders on Public holidays or weekends.
 
Deliveries are made by courier and will require signature upon receipt as proof of delivery, so if it is likely that nobody will be at your delivery address to accept the goods, please consider delivering to your works address. You can specify additional delivery instructions via email (info@samturners.com). However if you choose to have the parcel left without your signature it is entirely at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any losses that may occur.
 
Right to Cancel
You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day of delivery.
 
Returns Policy & Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. All goods must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. When trying on goods that may be returned please take care. Once goods are soiled they cannot be considered for exchange or credit. When returning any item to us please quote your original order number in the return. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning any item to us, unfortunately we are also unable to refund your original shipping cost. Exchanges will be generated and despatched to the same UK delivery address with no additional postage charge. Your statutory rights are not affected. Damages and Faults
You MUST check goods before signing for them and record on the carriers manifest if there is any damage. Please note failure to record any damage at the time of signing for it will result in subsequent claims for damaged goods being refused. Once signed this is accepted as Proof of Delivery, confirming all goods have arrived safely with no damages. Claims of damage or pilferage must be notified in writing both in the couriers manifest and to the company within 3 days of delivery. Claims cannot be accepted outside these time limits. Packaging must be retained for investigation. Claims for non delivery must be made within 7 days of receipt of dispatch confirmation.
 
Our policy is that faulty goods under 1 year guarantee must be returned to our store for an evaluation with a valid proof of purchase, once confirmed faulty the postage incurred within the UK will be reimbursed at Standard Royal Mail Rates with an exchange or a refund on the goods.
 
Laws and Jurisdiction
All dealings between you and this shop will be governed by the laws of England and Wales in the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising pursuant thereto.

    Assembly

    Good item , however if a packing list had been enclosed it would have been a lot easier . There are 3 connectors - 2 of one type and 1 other - easy to connect them incorrectly. Took 30 minutes to get set up when really it should have been faster . Nevertheless it is probably the best make available .

    Leaks constantly

    Initial set up was fine, although the instructions were confusing, I managed to find a youtube video for this product which made assembly easier. After a few days we noticed that the reel became incredibly difficult, I'm not weak but it reached a point that I literally couldn't wind up the hose. We fully unreeled the hose as water was pouring out from the internal connection, we disconnected it and reattached thinking maybe had inserted in wrong, it did get easier to reel up the hose, although it still got stuck a few times. We tried the water again and it just blows the hose out of the connector and water gets everywhere. We can't seem to fix the issue and so it feels like £50.00 wasted.

    Easy to remove and store for winter

    When first opening the box I thought that there had been a screw up and parts left out, however all the pieces are cleverly packed away inside the unit in bags. Remove the hose and all the contents will be available. The instructions at first seem confusing as there is quite a bit of assembly required, read the instructions until it becomes clear how to assemble it, confusing at first but eventually quite simple. Once assembled it is a straight forward fix of the wall brackets, be aware when hung on the wall the unit does not swing aside and lay back flat to the wall, so if installing in a narrow passage you may have to remove to get past it. This is the case for me as while I can walk past it once hung I cannot get my mobility scooter past, however as it is so easy to remove with a simple ...

    Good and easy to stow away

    I bought this to use on my allotment and to stow in my shed there where space is at a premium. It is easy to use and quick to roll back into the casing, so just the job for my needs. Not especially cheap, but I have had one of these before and they are pretty sturdily built, so you pay for what you get. On the whole a good and handy to use product.

    It’s a hose that stows away.

    It’s a hose that does the job you would expect it to do. It comes with everything necessary to fit it to a wall, connect it to a tap and commence watering your garden. The housing, connectors and wall fixings are all constructed from robust plastic. Wall mounting is straight forward and operation is typical of a hose. I found the spray nozzle to be too basic to bother with. I use a multi function head with trigger grip. The winding of the hose after use us somewhat clumsy and, for me, counter intuitive. This is because the instructions indicate that you fit the handle in place before you proceed with fixing the housing on the wall. Because of the location I chose for my installation I put the handle on the right hand side. This means I have to turn the handle towards me to wind the hose ...
