Jon took the extra time to carefully pack my manual so that the USPS could not BEND/FOLD/or MUTILATE IT like they do to so much of our larger envelopes when they CRUSH them into our tiny little letter box rather than placing them into our larger adjoining parcel box. My manual was packed with cardboard sheets on both sides & well marked with large letters "DO NOT BEND". Thanks again Jon!
